The co-creation approach is founded in our pragmatic 3P mindset, where it's important to combine Poetry, Plumbing and Piracy. The co-creation process has been perfected over 15 years and focuses on developing both the new ideas (poetry), the actual solution (plumbing), and making it work in the wild (piracy). The co-creation process revolves around a theater metaphor making it tangible and approachable for all stakeholders. During a handful of workshops, we construct the different game elements and slowly build up the ‘play’.
