Fuzzy House: Creative digital playgrounds for small people

March 12, 2026

Founded 2016 in Copenhagen, Fuzzy House is an award-winning studio creating digital games for children. Digital games are often designed to capture children’s attention. Fuzzy House takes a different approach. Through handcrafted aesthetics and calm, open-ended environments, their games offer children safe digital spaces where creativity, experimentation and storytelling can unfold at their own pace. With safe and thoughtful design, Fuzzy House creates games to inspire creativity and positive impact.

Designing digital play for children’s imagination

At the heart of Fuzzy House’s work is the idea that digital play can inspire real-world creativity. The studio designs tactile, handcrafted universes where textures, imperfections and handmade aesthetics create a distinctive visual identity. These carefully composed environments encourage curiosity and invite children to translate digital inspiration into real-world creativity.

Since its founding, the studio has released three titles with more than 7 million downloads worldwide, demonstrating a growing international interest for meaningful digital experiences for children.

Fuzzy House is currently developing its fourth game: Fungi Playworld (working title: Sustainions), scheduled for release in 2026. Inspired by the whimsical magic of nature, players are invited to slow down, explore, and create. In Fungi Playworld, players engage in a series of creative “slow-living” workshops based on crafting, needlework and self-sufficiency. Players can design furniture from fungi, dye textiles with flowers, knit clothing, craft food and drinks, or cultivate vegetables through composting and gardening.

Fuzzy House designs games that are gender-neutral, imaginative, and centred on open-ended play, allowing children to explore freely without pressure or competition. Equally important is the studio’s commitment to safe and ethical gameplay. Their games are ad-free digital spaces for children, contain no addictive mechanics, no in-game currency, and no pay-to-win systems. Instead, the focus remains on thoughtful gameplay that supports imagination, creativity and positive digital habits.

In Fuzzy House, we aim to create international IP’s with strong engaging universes that leave room for imaginative play and exploration.
